Stop Wasting Time: Inflate, Deflate & Equalize All 4 Tires at Once
Transform the way you prepare for the trail and the highway with the Rhino USA 4-Tire Inflation System. This all-in-one kit is engineered for the off-roader, overlander, and truck owner who demands speed, precision, and durability. Stop kneeling in the mud and fumbling with individual gauges—this system allows you to air up, air down, and automatically equalize all four tires simultaneously.
Total Control from a Single Point
At the heart of this system is the Improved On/Off Slide Valve (2025 Version). This advanced 2-way manifold gives you complete control over your vehicle’s air pressure. Unlike older models, this new valve is designed to retain air pressure even when disconnected from a compressor, allowing you to manually and precisely deflate your tires to the exact PSI you need for the trail.
When it’s time to air back up, the high-flow design connects directly to your air source (like an ARB compressor or PowerTank) to inflate all four tires in just minutes.
No More Guesswork, No More Bending Over
The kit includes a heavy-duty Rhino USA Digital Tire Gauge that provides accurate readings from 1 to 150 PSI. This gauge mounts directly to the manifold, allowing you to monitor the pressure of all four tires in real-time from a single, standing position.
The Rhino USA 4-Tire Inflation System greatest advantage is its ability to automatically equalize tire pressure. As you inflate or deflate, the hoses ensure the pressure in all connected tires remains identical, giving you a perfectly balanced and safe ride without the hassle of checking each tire one by one.
Built for the Toughest Environments
This isn’t a lightweight, fragile kit. It’s built to match the ruggedness of your vehicle:
- Broad Vehicle Compatibility: Designed to fit vehicles with wheelbases up to 155 inches, this kit is perfect for full-size trucks, Jeeps, SUVs, UTVs, trailers, and more.
- Heavy-Duty Hoses: The abrasion-resistant, kink-proof rubber hoses are built to be dragged over rocks and pavement without failing.
- Solid Brass Fittings: All-brass construction on the manifold and fittings ensures a long, corrosion-free life and a leak-proof seal every time.
- Complete Kit: Comes ready to use out of the box with the manifold, digital gauge, four hoses, and a heavy-duty carry bag to keep it all organized.
Backed by Rhino USA’s lifetime warranty and supported by a family-owned American business, this 4-tire inflation system is the last one you’ll ever need to buy. Get back on the trail faster and with more precision than ever before.

Useful! Way faster
I’ve liked everything I’ve gotten from rhino so far! Good brand moving some good stuff and this 4 way hose is game changing to air-ups and downs!

Works great

First Review – First Impressions + 1 month update
*Update: I have used the system for about a month now.First use: I tested the gauge readout and fully intended to test it thoroughly before heading out on the trail but I didn’t take the time to and wouldn’t you know I had some difficulties in it’s first full use, but nothing I couldn’t overcome…ultimately I had an air leak at the manifold, luckily I had the tools with me on the trail to tighten up and then the system worked very well for me. Apparently the manifold fittings were just not tightened all the way down at the factory. It air up an down nicely for me after all the fittings were tight. The only other down side i’ve noticed is the slide valve that opens and closes the system is a gradual slide, it does not lock open or closed very well but once you realize that it’s really not a problem you just have to make sure it remains in the closed or open position while you’re using it.Lastly the hose will reach from the front to the rear tires of my Gladiator but it does seem to be a stretch. It is perfect for a 4-door wrangler but it does take every bit of length to get to my rear tires on the Gladiator.Overall, it’s a good system with a few minor downfalls that can be overcome easily enough depending on your application. If the slide valve becomes a nuissance to me I can just add a ball valve or a different type. I could splice some hose on to gain a bit more length as well to overcome that issue if it becomes necessary but for now I think it’s fine.So overall, after a month or so, a couple trips and some use adjusting the pressure in my tires I’m happy with this system and will update after more use.Pre-Purchase Thoughts: I was gonna buy the Morrflate system but after a bit of looking, I saw that Rhino had one very similar for 1/2 the price so I thought I’d give it a go. Two things I noticed before buying… 1) there were no reviews on Amazon or their website for this specific product, and 2) all the product images on Amazon show the system completely disassembled – I wasn’t sure if it was going to need to be fully assembled or come ready to use out of the box.First Impressions/Unboxing: The package arrived promptly as Amazon typically does. The product box is nice and sturdy just as pictured and was packaged inside an amazon shipping box. As you can see in my pictures the system did come fully assembled and appears ready to use right out of the box. Came with a warranty card and a sticker pack. Also they threw in a small roll of teflon tape, I’m assuming that’s in case anything needs to be tightened or repaired. The soft storage bag is very nice, it’s a soft-sider but has a sturdy outer layer and most of all the zippers seem very smooth and strong. The system itself seems well-made; the hoses are nice and flexible, the fittings are solid and seem to be put together well, the couplings seem to be nice quality and easy to use, the digital gauge seems to be of nice quality as well. The full system fits well in the case and it’s lighter than I expected it to be.The differences in actual product and pictures online: 1) the air manifold, as you can see in my pics, is a nice green color (powder coated) with their logo on front instead of the plain black manifold pictured online – which for most will likely not be a complaint but a nice upgrade. 2) the other difference, and only complaint I have so far, is that the hoses came nicely coiled but zip tied and no velcro straps to be found in the box unlike the pictures show online. This isn’t a deal-breaker obviously but I really would have liked to have some decent re-usable velcro straps to coil these hoses back up for stowing in the bag. And I don’t really like the fact that I have to cut these zip ties off my hoses and potentially risk cutting my hoses in the process. I know Rhino USA has their own velcro keeper straps so I’m not sure why they skimped out on including those with this product, I think it would’ve really been a nice touch and I would’ve much rather had the straps than the pretty manifold. So gotta buy some velcro keeper straps now so this doesn’t turn into a giant bird’s nest once I actually uncoil it and use it.That is all I have for now. I will try to update over the new few days/weeks when I have used/tested the system with my air compressor, airing up and down tires on my Jeep. I wanted to get this out there for anyone that is looking at this system and had some of the same questions/concerns I had when deciding to purchase or not.

Convenience at a great price
I’d been shopping for this type of product for a while and came upon a great price from Rhino, I have several other products from Rhino. Since purchase I’ve read other reviews and, while I can understand concerns with length or the need to be connected to a compressor when deflating, I drive a two door Bronco with an under hood-mounted compressor and it works well for me. Plenty of length. Could Rhino have included a few feet of their hook and loop tape to keep the hoses organized while stored? That would have been a good idea but I had some Velcro straps and was able to use it. One suggestion is that I wish their storage bag had straps on the bottom to attach it to a molle panel. I had another molle bag that worked but I can’t argue with the great price I got.

Poor quality
This is a poor-quality product with cheap connections. Still waiting to see if seller has the salt to do something about. Either way, I do not recommend this product. All I can say is, thank God this didn’t happen in the bush.

For the price and ease of use you can’t beat it.
Used it and it works as described for cheaper than I can make it. If your looking for a convenient air up for a good price and fantastic warranty look no further. They also air down but I won’t use it other than on accident on my first go.

Don’t trust it until you test it.
As stated in other reviews, mine blew apart on the very first usage. Luckily it happened in my garage during testing and not out on the trail. The crimped fitting that attaches the air hose at the gauge assembly let go at 35psi. If you buy this, definitely make sure you test it before you trust it to get you aired back up on the trail. Two stars only because the return process was easy.

Works great, minor issues.
Worked great on my 4dr jeep wrangler. Plenty of hose and connectors were solid. The carry bag is rugged and is very easy to repack the hose into it. Only issue is i used the guage to air down to 18psi. I checked with a different gauge it showed 26 psi. Guage accuracy needs work but overall worked great for this weekend warrior.

Seems well made but I have some nits to pick
This seems to be well made but, on first impression, there are a few things that stand out as not quite right.First, this is marketed as an Inflator/Deflator. The problem I have is, there is no inline valve provided. This means that if you want to use it for deflating, there is no way to stop air flow other than drag out the compressor and connect to that to block air flow while connecting to the tires. If it’s not connected to the compressor, as soon as you connect to one tire, air starts flowing. There is no easy way to deflate all four tires equally and balance pressure. An inexpensive inline ball valve (which I plan to add) would solve this. The second issue I have is the way the tees are connected. The supply from the manifold is plumbed into the center branch of the tee and the hoses to the wheels come from the ends. I know it will still function, but it doesn’t lay out well when in use.My last issue is more just in general to all these 4 way Inflator/Deflators. Why don’t they at least offer the option of an analog gauge? For something that is going to live in the back of my Jeep, I don’t want to have to think about making sure the batteries are good. Some of the other Inflator/Deflators out there have quick connects for the air hoses at the manifold. This may make for easier storage but, it also adds more bulk and potential fail points. I prefer these being plumbed into the manifold without quick connects. With a few modifications, I would give this product 5 stars.
