Easy Mounting, Super Price
Found on Amazon for $500 cheaper than I could at any of the local off road stores. Performs as advertised. Put on a 2014 Ram 3500 and have test pulled truck with no problems. Even fit in a Westin Max-Tray system with a tight fit. Saw some other reviews saying that they were concerned that it might not be a real Warn winch for the price. All my paperwork, boxing and labels on the winch itself show that it came out of Oregon USA, and it does not feel like an “imitation”, with great build quality and looks good. I the power wire to the battery could be a little longer though, mine were just long enough after a few different reroutes under the hood.

If you know, Warn winch, nothing needs to be said about it. It’s an amazing product. Worked well shipped quick arrived and it was supposed to. The product is a little expensive, but you get what you pay for.

High performing product and easy operation
I installed this winch on a 22ft hydraulic tilt deck over trailer for hauling vehicles and equipment. It pulls 5k lbs vehicles without losing speed using a 550 CCA battery. Wireless remote works when I need to operate 30+ feet away guiding non-operational vehicles. Very well built, the clutch lever is easy to operate and much better than cheaper winches on the market. Experience with lower cost winches failing, this was well worth the investment for the confidence of properly working when needed.

Comes pre-cracked so you don’t have to worry about screwing it up
The cover plate on top of the unit where the logo is came with a crack in it. No big deal not worth the bother to pack it up and send it back. The winch works great.

It’s a Warn. What can I say? The only thing that I was surprised about was the fact there wasn’t a Warn decal enclosed with the winch. I will also say that I think Warn should use their deluxe hook that is rated for these winches instead of the plain one. This is a really nice looking winch. I do not have it on the truck yet d/t another company shipping the wrong winch bumper to me. I really can’t wait to get the bumper and get this winch mounted. BTW-this is going on a 2016 F350 diesel SRW truck.

I had a Tractor Supply Traveller winch before and it last about 3 pulls before it burned up. Really screwed me when I needed it most. I got this one due to the Warn reputation for being great winches. Its not cheap but has yet to let me down. Pulls effortlessly, doesn’t kill the batteries, lives up to the Warn name!!

Its a monster.
Just installed so not tested in the field yet but. Its a monster and may be overkill for my 2020 Jeep JL Rubicon 2 door considering how the bumper is mounted to the thin frame. I think that this thing could easily pull the bumper mounting plates off of the frame. I can weld if it does and it wont happen a second time. Might tear the frame apart though.

Not sure if it’s a new winch…
The price was fine and the fact that it was available was a plus, but are some scratches in the powder coat and it was extremely dusty. It doesn’t feel new and it’s definitely seen better days…I guess this will add character? We will see how the instal goes.
